Meet Taylor

I’ve had a life-long passion for residential real estate, first as a hobby, driving around desired, SoCal neighborhoods on weekends with kids in tow, exploring housing developments and the surrounding communities. My hobby eventually led me to searching out investment property areas in Ohio where I have family, as well as my native Florida.  I now have my California real estate license, a dream come true.  I don’t doubt all the years of research, miles exploring and enthusiasm for finding desirable locations to live will benefit others looking for a place to call home or looking for that investment property.

I’m leaving behind a long career as a special events director in the film & television studio business, creating and managing events that ranged from intimate gatherings to multi-million-dollar events. My previous career sharpened my skills in contract negotiation, budget management, schedule & timeline coordination, site lay outs, trade & vendor coordination, and the ability to identify a location to create an impactful and beautiful event environment.
