I’ve had a life-long passion for residential real estate, first as a hobby, driving around desired, SoCal neighborhoods on weekends with kids in tow, exploring housing developments and the surrounding communities. My hobby eventually led me to searching out investment property areas in Ohio where I have family, as well as my native Florida. I now have my California real estate license, a dream come true. I’m leaving behind a long career as a special events director in the film & television studio business, creating and managing events that ranged from intimate gatherings to multi-million-dollar events.
